Step One - Grab an order form to take notes 

Step Two - Pick out the item to be customized.

Step Three - Decide on what the image or logo will be.

Step Four - Decide where the logo goes on the item

Step Five - Decide when the first item is to be ready, for approval.

Step Six - Payment of the agreed upon %. or in full.

Step Six - Create the first item.

Step Seven - Call and get written approval that the item is satisfactory.

Step Eight - Create the full run of the item.

Step Nine - Determine the pick up time for the items.

Step Ten - Recieve full payment.

Step Eleven - Customer takes item home..
